Welcome to Miss Naughty Brownie — home to some of the most delicious brownies you'll ever find!

All our uniquely delicious brownies have three layers: a cookie dough layer, an Oreo cookie layer and finally a layer of out of this world brownies! They are so good you may cry!

Do you have a physical store?

 We are an online company only. Sometimes we offer POP UPS. Sign up for our newsletter to get information about upcoming events.

Do you ship?

• We ship nationwide. 
• Please note that an order that normally took three days to get to you may take four days or even longer. Many carriers are experiencing delays and are no longer guaranteeing delivery dates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept Major credit cards as payment. Please ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing. Orders are not fully processed until full payment is made. 

How will my naughty brownies be shipped?

• All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your choice

When can I expect my order to ship out?

• All naughty brownies are baked to order and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

• We only ship on Monday through Wednesday

Can I expedite my order?

• Yes, please call us at 817.707.5658 and we can do our best to make special arrangements for you to get your naughty brownies sooner.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

• Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

• Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped out.

Do you offer same day shipping?

• Please note that this option is available subject to inventory, timing and delivery location. Please call us directly (817-707-5658) to make arrangements.

Can you hold my order for a future ship date? 

• Yes, please make a note in the comments section, email us at rana@missnaughtybrownie.com, or call us at 817-707-5658 to make special arrangements for your package.

Do you ship in the summer months or to warm climates?

• Between May 15 - October 15 ALL PRODUCTS will be shipped with ice packs ($5 fee automatically built in to shipping cost for each order). 

Can my order be shipped to a location outside of the U.S?

• At this time we do not ship internationally.

Can packages be shipped to P.O boxes? 

• Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. If you address the delivery to a PO box we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

Does someone need to be available to receive the delivery?

• While a signature is not required at the time of delivery, we cannot be responsible for package(s) left unattended upon delivery.

Do you offer local delivery?

• We offer local delivery to the immediate Dallas/Fort Worth area for a small fee.

Do you do corporate gifts?

• Yes, our products make wonderful corporate gifts! Please email us at rana@missnaughtybrownie.com for more information about corporate gift options.

STORAGE SUGGESTIONS
It's rare that our Naughty Brownies will last around the house or office for more than a day or two, but if they do, or if you wish to store them for a future event, here's how you should do it.

For Up To 7 Days...At Room Temperature
Our Naughty Brownies will stay fresh and delicious for up to 7 days when stored in an air-tight container and placed away from the heat on a counter top.

For Up To 3 Weeks...In The Refrigerator
Naughty Brownies, will stay fresh and delicious for up to 3 weeks when stored in your refrigerator. Make sure they are in their original protective packaging and finally placed in a zipped plastic bag.
For the best taste let them warm for 20 minutes at room temperature before eating or serving...or microwave them for 20-25 seconds.

For Up To Three Months...In The Freezer
The Naughty Brownies freeze very well and will stay delicious in your freezer for up to three months. Make sure they are in their original protective packaging and finally placed in a zipped plastic bag.

It's best to defrost the brownies in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and then let them warm at room temperature for an additional 20-30 minutes to achieve the best taste possible. In case of a NAUGHTY emergency, remove them from the freezer and let them defrost at room temperature for one hour. Enjoy!
